1. The MeridianTeaParty.com Forum may be used for lawful purposes only. No material may be posted on the Forum which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, or which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable, or which encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any law.

2. The MeridianTeaParty.com Forum requests that prospective members submit accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and supplement such information upon any change. Each member is restricted to the use of only one username. Use of multiple usernames with intent to conceal your identity will result in suspension.

3. The MeridianTeaParty.com Forum or its Private Messaging system may not be used to communicate hate speech, spread bigotry based on race, skin color, religion, or ethnic heritage, or to flame or attack another member in any way. This behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate loss of membership access to the MeridianTeaParty.com Forum. The MeridianTeaParty.com Forum or its Private Messaging system may not be used to transmit Spam (the posting of the same message in multiple forums or to multiple members). MeridianTeaParty.com strives for a friendly family atmosphere in its Forum, and expletives and excessive vulgar language are not permitted.

4. MeridianTeaParty.com shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the Forum. MeridianTeaParty.com shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit or remove any material submitted to or posted on the Forum. Without limitation, MeridianTeaParty.com shall have the right, but not the obligation, to remove any material that it finds to be in violation of these provisions, otherwise objectionable, or stale.
