Tim Hortons Inc., a New England based Donut shop chain with stores in the US and Canada announced that they are reorganizing and moving their corporate headquarters to Canada, to take advantage of theCanadian Corp. tax structure. Currently the US Corp rate is about 28%, and the Canadian rate is 21%. Barry wants to raise that rate to 35%, all the while the Canadian Government has annouced plans to lower the Corp. Tax Rate to 15% in just a couple of years. Talk about Corporate Flight—-
