THE DETAILS:
The bill references H.R. 1388 is actually entitled \"** you don't have permission to see this link **\" which reauthorized and revised existing federal public service programs, including AmeriCorps, increasing their funding and scope. The bill was not passed \"behind our backs\" as the email states as it was publicized during House and Senate debates and was approved with bipartisan support.
It is true that President Obama signed a memorandum to the State Department (not an executive order) in January, 2009 authorizing $20.3 million in humanitarian aid to Palestinian refugees in Gaza, but the memo DID NOT order, request or suggest that the refugees would be resettled in the US.
THE VERDICT:
This email is a combination of some true individual statements combined to support the false rumor that Hamas would be resettled in the United States. The remainder of the email is false and misleading. Delete this email and do not forward it to anyone else.

Now we learn that he is allowing hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refuges to move to, and live in, the US at American taxpayer expense.
These important, and insightful, issues are being \"lost\" in the blinding bail-outs, \"stimulation\" healthcare and environmental packages.
